Ian E Howard FRICS., MEWI., has been in practice as a Chartered Surveyor for 40 years and is now frequently instructed by Solicitors and Clients to prepare Expert Witness Reports on all aspects of property ownership in Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Bedford. He was appointed a Member of the Expert Witness Institute in 2003 and is included within the list of Surveyors Authorised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a Member of their Dispute Resolution Service.
These reports are prepared either as a Single Expert Witness in full compliance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules following a Court Directive, or for either party of the dispute. The reports are prepared in a prompt and efficient manner to an agreed programme showing both sides of the dispute and giving an independent assessment and an unbiased view on how the matter could best be resolved.

LEVEL OF FEES
Each Expert Witness Report is of an individual nature and an indication of the level of charges that will be made can only be given after details of the dispute have been supplied. Most work is undertaken on a quantum merit basis at an hourly rate of £85 per hour, and a maximum cap level can be agreed. A copy of Ian Howard's current Curriculum Vitae can be supplied on request.
